I've probably said I wasn't going to deal with this anymore, before. I'm tired of it. I'm tired of talking about it. But, people keep asking.

Twitter has a posted policy that basically says they block people that are agressive followers, violate their [published] rules, or follow more than X per cent of their followers' number. Fact is they just make it up as they go and it changes.

A few months ago Twitter started blocking me every time I follow people. It doesn't matter how many I follow and I always follow fewer people than are following me. Their response was "just wait the 24 hours." So, if I follow a few people that followed me, I'm blocked from following new people for 24 hours.
