Better me, faster plan: how the fat guy stops being fat

I've been fat for nearly twenty years. I have better things to do then sit around obsessing about what I'm going to eat. But, so far a combination of slow carb diet (think that's a trademark now), a hand full of supplements, modest exercise, some interesting lifestyle changes and body hacks brought my labs within normal from the brink of biochemical disaster. Diabetic, hyperlipidemic and feeling absolutely terrible, adding a dose of discipline and good strategy made all the difference in a short ninety day period. I went from constantly feeling fatigued to waking early with a feeling of excitement and energy. Though I didn't realize it at the time, I suffered depression. Now my mood is extremely optimistic and most of the time I feel pretty good. The road to here was quite short. The road to where I want to be is a bit more than I've traveled so far. I need shortcuts, and I need a plan that isn't complex or require obsessing over what should be a trivial part of life.

I'm trying something new for my diet program: eat the same thing every day for a month. Nothing new. It just makes it much easier to follow the program.

Sunday through Friday:

  • Pre-breakfast supplements: 1000 mg niacin, high potency vitamin B complex, garlic pill 3200 mcg allicin
  • Pre-breakfast water: 500 ml cold water
  • Breakfast: 6 whole vegetarian hen eggs, 3 brazil nuts
  • Brunch: 1.2 cups green lentils
  • Lunch: 1.2 cups green lentils
  • Dinner: 1.2 cups green lentils and greens (1-2 cups kale or spinach)
  • Pre-bed: 3 brazil nuts
  • Pre-bed supplements: 4000 IU vitamin D3, garlic pill 3200 mcg allicin

Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening: 60F (or lower) water submersion waste down for 10 minutes then up to neck for an additional 10 minutes.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday exercise: 10 minutes in gym, performing heavy weight lifting exercises to prepare muscles to receive glucose from ice baths and build muscle tissue with protein intake.

Every day: drink 4 liters of water daily aside from that consumed during meals.

Saturday

Eat whatever I like, anything in any quantity. No restrictions at all.

That's it. That's the plan.
